1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AfriBull Swap ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
Keep your PIN, password and 2FA credentials secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features such as withdrawals.
4. Wallet & transactions
Your Naira wallet balance reflects funds you have deposited less amounts spent or withdrawn. Swaps, trades, gas purchases and bill payments are executed at the rates and fees shown at the time of the transaction. Blockchain and third-party transactions may be irreversible once submitted.
5. Fees
We charge transparent fees and spreads which are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees may change; the current fee applies at the time of each transaction.
6. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits are credited once confirmed by our payment partners. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be reviewed for security and compliance before payout.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, financing illegal activity, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or discontinued.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriBull Swap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party providers, or your failure to secure your account.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
